1. In how many days will I receive my product?

We are equally excited to send your order as soon as possible! 😀 Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time of your order is 7 – 10 working days. We will let you know about the same via email and SMS.

You could also use the tracking link sent to you in the order email to track the exact status of your order.

If you’re logged into your account, just click on ‘Track Order’ and select the product. We’ll show you the order status right away

2. Can I exchange my product?

Yes, we have an exchange option available. However, this is subject to the availability of products. Please refer to our Exchange Policy

3. Can I return the product?

Yes, you can! 🙂 Wooplr follows a ‘no questions asked’ return policy. The product can be returned within 10 days of being delivered. Please write to us at or call us on +91-9718353480 to raise a return request.

4. When and how will I get my refund?

Once the product has been picked up by our logistics partner, the amount will be transferred within 7 – 10 working days.

In case of Cash on delivery payment, we would ask you for your NEFT details and will transfer the payment to the account.

In case of Online payment, the amount will be transferred back to the same account from which the payment was made as we already have your details.

5. How do I redeem style miles or voucher code?

Style miles can be redeemed for vouchers in the denomination of Rs 100, 500 and 1000. Once style miles are redeemed for a voucher, they will get approved within 24 hours. And the voucher is available with its promo code in the ‘My Coupons’ section of the app.
